Gantry
The gantry is constructed of tubular steel with reinforcing ribs welded throughout the length of the column which results in a steady firm beam assembly. This quality engineering and workmanship result in smooth precision cutting.
High Frequency Powerful spindle
The High quality Alpha ABS series CNC Router machine comes standard with 3.2kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, more powerful and less noise.
Gantry Support (Uprights)
The Gantry uprights are cast iron with heavy duty gussets formed into the casting. Each support is machined for housing the various drive assemblies including motors, bearings, belts, and wiring harnesses.
Emergency Stop Button on the gnatry
The emergency stop buttons installed on both sides of the gantry will improve the safety of the machine. When an emergency occurs, the operator can press the emergency stop button more conveniently, so that the machine can be stopped in time to avoid accidents.
MACH 3 Controller
Mach3 is designed to control the CNC machine. The program is installed on a computer connected to the control machine. Mach3 was developed by American programmers, both for professional and amateur use, so it is the most common software for CNC machines in the world.
